Invisalign
Invisalign achieves straighter teeth by a series of custom-made “Aligners” that move teeth incrementally. Each set is worn for about two weeks, then replaced by the next in the series until the final position is achieved.
Invisalign is:
- nearly invisible – you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing.
- removable – you can eat and drink what you want in treatment; you can also brush and floss normally to maintain good oral hygiene.
- comfortable – there are no metal brackets or wires to cause mouth irritation; no metal or wires also means you spend less time in the dentist’s chair getting adjustments.
They allow you to view your own virtual treatment plan before you start – so you can see how your straight teeth will look when your treatment is complete.
Reveal
Reveal Clear Aligners are a series of clear plastic trays that have been manufactured specifically for you based on the scan of your teeth and your dentist’s treatment goals for your case. Each set of trays gently guide your teeth to their ideal position using continuous light forces.
How visible are clear aligners?
This is what makes Reveal Clear Aligners extra special. The aligners are uniquely clear compared to other aligner systems.
How often should I wear my aligners?
Aligners should be worn all day and all night, at least 22 hours a day except while eating, brushing and flossing or as directed by your dentist.
What is the expected length of treatment?
Treatment time is individual and varies from patient to patient. Treatment can take anywhere from a few months to a couple of years, depending on the complexity of your case. We will provide you with a fully comprehensive plan when you decide to proceed.
